Porch Pop Co. LLC ("Porch Pop," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our website or book with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Service details: your address, county, neighborhood, porch notes, gate codes, and any notes you give us.
- Gift details: the recipient's name, phone number and your gift message, if you buy a Pop as a gift.
- Order history: what you bought, your install dates, and what you paid.
- Photos of your porch, taken at install for our records and, unless you opt out, for our portfolio.
- Payment details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor. We see the last four digits of your card and the payment status, never your full card number.
We don't use advertising trackers on our website. The only cookies we set are the ones our team needs to sign in.
How we use it
- To schedule, deliver, install and take down your decor.
- To contact you about your order: confirmations, arrival windows, rescheduling and renewal reminders.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records.
- To send our newsletter, only if you opt in at checkout.
Our newsletter
If you opt in, we'll email you seasonal updates and early booking dates. Our owner is a licensed Florida real estate agent, and the newsletter may also include home and local real estate news. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With our team. Our delivery help and sales representatives see the details they need to do their job, such as your address for an install or your contact information if they referred you.
- With service providers who run our business tools under their own privacy and security obligations: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our database), Netlify (website hosting) and Google (email and calendar).
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. We keep contact details while you're a customer or subscriber, and delete them on request when we no longer need them for those records.
Security
Your information is stored with providers that encrypt it in transit and at rest. Access in our team is limited to the people who need it.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete your information, or to opt out of photos or the newsletter. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We'll post any changes on this page with a new version number and date.
