Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Porch Pop Co. LLC ("Porch Pop," "we," "us"), a Florida company based in Pace, Florida. By booking with us, you agree to these terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and, for Season Pass purchases, our Season Pass Terms.

What we do

We design, deliver, install and, when included, take down seasonal and holiday porch decor at homes in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, Florida.

Photos on our website and social media show examples. The exact plants and pieces on your porch depend on the season and what's available locally. If something we planned isn't available, we'll substitute something of similar style and value.

Booking and payment

• Payment is due in full when you book. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices include sales tax for your county, shown before you pay.
• Your date is held for 30 minutes while you complete checkout. If payment isn't finished, the date is released.
• A booking is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email.

Install day

• You don't need to be home. We'll text an arrival window the day before.
• Please give us clear access to your porch, and tell us at booking about gate codes, pets, alarms, or anything we should know.
• Weather and safety. If heavy rain, high wind, a storm or another safety issue makes an install unsafe, we'll move your date and let you know as soon as possible. Weather reschedules don't affect your refund rights.
• If we can't reach your porch on your date because of locked gates, blocked access or similar, we'll try to reschedule once. A second missed visit for the same reason counts as a same-day cancellation under our refund policy.

Your responsibilities

• Permission. You confirm you own the home or have permission from the owner, landlord or HOA to decorate the porch, and that our decor follows any HOA rules.
• Live plants need care. Live plants need water and sun to stay healthy. We'll leave care instructions. We aren't responsible for plants that decline because of weather, pests, or missed watering after install.
• Keep decor in place. Please don't move pieces somewhere they could be damaged or block walkways and doors.

Who owns the decor

• One-time orders. Everything we install is yours to keep, unless you added a takedown and asked us to take the faux pieces back.
• Season Pass. Seasonal and holiday faux pieces stay the property of Porch Pop and come back to us at takedown. See the Season Pass Terms for details.
• Lost or damaged pieces. If a piece that belongs to Porch Pop is missing or damaged beyond normal weather wear when we pick it up, we'll charge you what it costs us to replace it. We'll send a photo and the replacement cost first.

Gifts

If you buy a Pop as a gift, you are our customer for payment, refunds and these terms. We'll contact the recipient only to schedule and complete the install.

Photos

We may photograph your finished porch for our website and social media. We won't show people, house numbers or street signs. To opt out, say so in your booking notes or email us at any time.

If something goes wrong

• Tell us within 48 hours of an install if anything isn't right, with photos. We'll make it right, usually by fixing or replacing pieces.
• Your property. We work carefully. If we damage your property, tell us within 48 hours and we'll repair or pay for the damage we caused. We aren't responsible for existing damage or normal wear.
• Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version you agreed to when you booked applies to that booking. The current version is always on this page.

Florida law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Santa Rosa County, Florida.
